Certificate of registration

With the aim of reinforcing and improving the inspection, quarantine and supervision of the waste materials to be imported to China and also to execute the pre-shipment inspection, the national quality control and quarantine bureau of China has made it obligatory to get the registration from the said bureau through its document examination for foreign enterprises, processing companies and agencies intending to export waste materials to China.

After the start of this regulation, the pre-shipment inspection agency and the harbor inspection and quarantine agency are bound not to accept the application for permission offered by non-registered foreign enterprises, processing companies and agencies. Actually, it became impossible for such non-registered organization to export the regeneration resources to China.

In the application for the registration, it is required for the applicant to comply with the conditions, such as being a legal company in the country it is located, bearing no record of serious troubles in terms of safety, sanitation and environment protection during the past three years, being well acquainted with the Chinese law about the environment protection technology as well as the related environment protection technology, and being possessed of the basic facilities and inspection capability.

In such situation, Chusai was certified as the registered enterprise from the Chinese authority as it fulfilled the rigorous conditions. It is four items such as “plastics”, “iron”, “non-ferrous metals” and “paper” which are permitted to us to handle as the registered waste materials. We will try to meet the demand of China by including the waste materials and regeneration materials procured in our country.
